How To Make A Meme!

Hi, last week David and I posted memes and now we're gonna make some memes and tell you how!


Here are the steps how:     1.)  Get a base picture  (this could be a cover or a back round)
                                       

                                         2.) Add a Funny picture or a meme (trollface)
                                       

                                         3.) Add words or a funny or stupid comment (funny recommended)
                                       

                                         4.) Save or publish your work
